Our Team

Addressing memory disorders requires a comprehensive spectrum of services. The Memory Disorders Center team at the UC Gardner Neuroscience Institute is made up of neurologists, neuroscience nurses, psychiatrists, neuropsychologists, pharmacists and social workers.

This team, led by Rhonna Shatz, DO, works closely with other specialists, including neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists and geriatric medicine specialists, who may be called upon to provide collaborative care for individual patients’ needs.

Our team provides the patient and family with educational summaries of clinical issues and treatment recommendations. The team works with the patient and family to help them understand the situation and encourages them to participate in the development of a management plan.

In July 2012 the center welcomed Robin Bratt, CNP, an advance-practice nurse with more than a decade of experience in caring for people with neurological disorders.
